About Me
Hi, I'm Charlotte.

I have a background in education, working within the travel industry along with my current role as a fully qualified driving instructor.
​
As well as this, when Covid hit I was unable to carry on teaching. This is where I set up a little home fragrance sideline business. From doing this I learnt new skills and gained experience with online business and whats required. I used Instagram and TikTok to promote my business, this quickly started to bring in sales through my Etsy store and then I went on to create my own website. In doing this it became very clear to me that our time is truly valuable.
Working within a variety of roles has given me a diverse set of skills from dealing with customers, running several social media accounts and not forgetting diary management, this was imperative when running two business along side each other. I wanted to combine my skills, knowledge, and love of supporting others alongside creating flexibility and freedom to suit my home life. This is how Charlotte Grace Virtual Assistant came to life.

Being a business owner is hard, spinning all the plates all the time. I can help with some of those ‘plates’, taking care of those tasks you wish would take care of themselves - giving you valuable time back to focus on your business growth or that all important work/life balance.
Outside of work, I can usually be found spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy going for walks and shopping. My favourite thing to do is to travel, especially to Turkey and I'd love to live abroad in the sunshine again. The beach is truly my happy place!

Working from my home office in Manchester, I help small business owners, like you, with aspects of your business.
